Chandan Rajah
Chief Executive Officer
Serial entrepreneur and part time hacker, Chandan leads the company with the grand vision of automatically converting human intent into real time decision systems. He is equal part dreamer, innovator, and deliverer. He has successfully started and exited two previous ventures. With over 20 years of experience in delivering technology transformation and running multi-million pound P&Ls, he brings with him the ability to see unique commercial opportunities and knows where and how to build the high impact teams required to capitalise on them. Chandan thrives in managing exponential growth, and has a deep understanding of how to deliver complex software development to the companies that need them the most. Chandan holds an MS in Software Engineering, an MSc in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, and an MBA from London Business School.
Paul Oates
Managing Director, Commercial and Operations
Paul is an accomplished commercial leader, with over a decade of progressive managerial achievements in commercial, business development, and corporate strategy in the Energy sector. Prior to joining Parallel AI, Paul was one of the firms youngest General Manager's, and was promoted to U.S. commercial head of a $2.5 billion energy infrastructure company where he grew the terminal segment from $60MM to $200MM EBITDA over a five year period. Paul's leadership acumen is further complimented via his previous experience as a military officer. As we continue our unprecedented growth and scale up, Paul will execute our strategic, operating and commercial vision, as well as lead major negotiations with our industry partners and head up our Oil and Gas vertical.
Tamas Jambor, Ph.D.
Senior Director and Head of Artificial Intelligence
Dr. Jambor holds a Ph.D. in computer science from UCL, and an MSc with distinction in intelligent systems. He is our resident machine learning genius and translates the wildest of business intentions into high performance models. AI hacker and data scientist by trade, he was instrumental in building our core artificial intelligence capability from scratch. He has contributed strong academic research to both British Telecom and UCL, and has been the recipient of various academic grants and honors.
Ryadh Khsib
Senior Director and Head of Engineering
Ryadh compliments a Masters degree (honors) in Software Engineering and machine learning accreditation from Stanford, with over 10 years of progressive development in architecture, design, validation, development and maintenance of large-scale and complex information systems across a variety of industries. Jack of everything engineering, he posses and tackles the hardest of problems and find the most innovate of solutions to all of them. He is our resident technology ninja and all round problem solver from engineering to infrastructure.
